Research before you buy:
- Better Business Bureau – this is a fantastic place to find customer reviews for almost any business. Hint, if you don’t find the business you are looking for right away, search again but this time click “All businesses, accredited and non-accredited.”
- Trustpilot – also another place read and write reviews. They also email you if you get a response from the company you wrote a review on.
- Facebook – pretty much all businesses can be found on Facebook now, don’t just look at their personal site though, get creative with your searches and you can find some pretty interesting pages.
- YouTube – again, you may have to get a little creative with the search but when people really get mad, they show you everything.

- Auto Recalls for Consumers (ARFC) – this site gives you information on recent auto as well as RV recalls. Click “RV Recalls” then scroll to the bottom to find the specific make/model you are interested in.
